Chen can fight still from US soil

Chen is a visitor- not an asylum seeker. Beside which his extented family in China is in perrenial threat. Chen can alsways chip in on their saftey issues and other matters of human rights violation in china
China can not give up it's habit of victimising Chen's relatives/supporters in China. As long as this situation prevail, Chen can always fight for right and will be in lime light.
